Our Host Peter Liakopoulos

Peter was born in Chicago IL and was raised in the Chicago land area. He is a life long conservative Republican who loves hunting, fishing, the Packers and the outdoors. Peter has been a radio host since 1998 and has had TV shows in Nevada and has written outdoor and political articles in many newspapers and magazines since 1995. Peter and his wife Angel currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Peter has spent a lot of time in his favorite place in the world, Northern Wisconsin.

The Rural Shows are based on the fact that all the building blocks of our great nation start in the rural areas. All wealth is either harvested or mined; in short all true wealth comes from the ground. We are the Stewards of the Wild, it is our unalienable right to hunt and fish, own firearms and use the land to create wealth. Government should stay out of our lives and be as small as possible. As the Stewards of the Wild, animals are a gift from God for us to do with as we see fit.

Genesis Chapter 1:24-25-26
Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth all kinds of living creatures: cattle, creeping things, and wild animals of all kinds." And so it happened. God made all kinds of animals and all kinds of cattle, and all kinds of creeping things of the earth, God saw how good it was. Then God said, "Let us make man in our own image, after our likeness. Now, however, the man who has a purse must carry it, the same with the traveling bag. And the man without a sword must sell his coat and buy one.

Do we get political? You bet. It is long past time when we can just mind our own business and quietly go hunting. We are under attack from the left in this nation. If we do not get political, we will lose our lifestyle and freedom and leave nothing for our children.

Go and enjoy your hunt. It is your right and it is your responsibility to teach the hunting lifestyle to your children.
